Greta Matos
Board of Directors
Greta brings a very special blend of experiences and skills to the ILF Board. Professionally she guides large companies to awareness of sustainability practices, not only for compliance, but she educates the people about the deep value of integrity and leaving behind exploitative practices in business. She and her family regularly take multi-day treks through the wilds of Patagonia with the family of horses who share their lives.

Joell Dunlap
Advisory Board
Joell is Executive Director of the Square Peg Foundation. For the past 20 years she has led and guided an organization to recognized excellence with two very different populations, both often left behind by more mainstream services: families with neuro-divergent members and off-track thoroughbred horses. The Square Peg Foundation is our fiscal sponsor, and Joell’s support and guidance lend themselves to all that we share.
